• A simple eviction is obtaining a judgment for possession, and does not require a motion, demurrer, more than one court appearance, or other activity beyond the basic eviction process.
• All out of county cases have an additional charge that includes: time & mileage in the event that a hearing is required, and the process server fess for traveling out of county.
• All our fees are flat fees. There are no hidden costs. We charge only for the work that we do. If the case aborts, or if there are any unused monies for any reason, you will of course, receive a refund along with a copy of your statement.
